Job Description

Job Purpose
To conduct member registration across various segments of the population.

 

Reports to Project Lead

 

Terms of Contract: 3 Years renewable subject to performance

 

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implements member registration strategy
Manges the general education about NHIS Programs and services that patients may be eligible for
Effectively communicate with the members and the general public on the registration process
Conduct employer registrations
Conduct member registrations
Conduct beneficiary registrations
Facilitate self-registration
Capture biometric and imagery features for registered members
Provide guidance and education on services on offer to members
Effectively plans, communicates and coordinates membership registration activities with colleagues and supervisors
Maintains records of member interactions, transactions, comments, compliments and complaints
Effectively perform any other official duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Secondary Education Full Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Academic/professional Qualification – Degree in Marketing & Sales, Masters Degree will be an added advantage
Pre-Job Experience Minimum Five year work experience in Sale related fields, Experience in Insurance, financial services, telecommunication or Related field with demonstrated experience of managing direct sales agents
Competencies required for this Role
Ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages, Computer Literate, Good interpersonal relations, Able to generate basic reports and must have a valid drivers’ license.
