Lafage Zambia is proud to announce the launch of its graduation trainee program (Step Up) for the 20211 cohort, Step Up is an 18 – 24 months program tailored to give your career the boost it needs to build a bright solid future. With this program, you will have the opportunity to explore various parts of our business and most importantly, your potential. The Step Up program offers an opportunity to grow your career at LafageHolcim locally, regionally and globally. The graduate Trainee programme has been very successful with a success rate of more than 90%.

We are simply looking for Mavericks!

Eligible graduates should meet the following criteria:

  • 25 years of age and below
  • Up to 2 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Purchasing & Supply, Business, Economics, Health & Safety, Chemistry, Social Science, Logistics, LLB, Engineering (majoring in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Environmental, Automation & Chemical)

Internship Program

In addition to this, Lafarge Zambia offers an internship Program which provides opportunities for recent graduates to gain practical work experience and develop critical skills in the areas of their career interests, under the support and guidance of experienced employees in respective areas or fields.

The internship program runs for a maximum of 12 months.

Preference shall be given to the following institutions of Learning: University of Zambia, The Copperbelt University, Zambia Centre for Accounting Studies (ZCAS), University of Lusaka, Evelyn Hone College and Foreign Universities.
