INVITATION FOR BIDS
TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE (5) DOUBLE PIT LATRINE BLOCKS AT NANGOMA PRIMARY SCHOOL IN MUMBWA DISTRICT
SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds for eligible payments towards the contract for the construction of five double pit latrine blocks at Nangoma Primary School in Mumbwa District as specified in the schedule of items/drawings in the bidding document.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and ask for the copy of bidding document from the office of the National Procurement Officer located at the address below

Bids must be deposited in the TENDER BOX located at the address below. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders contained in the bidding document. All bids in sealed envelope shall clearly be marked; Tender for Supply of furniture and laboratory apparatus to Kafue Bridge Primary School.

No electronic submission shall be accepted.
The closing date for receipt of bids is on, Friday 21st May 2021 on or before 10:00hrs local time at which time the bids received will be opened in absence of bidders due to covid-19 as part of preventive measure in place.
Late submissions shall not be accepted.
All interested bidders are invited to attend site visit on Tuesday 18th May 2021 and the meeting point is Nangoma Primary School in Mumbwa District at which point a register will be made available for checking in/signing. No bid shall be accepted without attending site visit.
