We offer sales services on behalf of a bank providing accessible and customized loan solutions to individuals based on their salary. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, managing a team of sales representatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for our salary-based loan products.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and achieve targets.
Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships to expand our customer base.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and a customer-centric approach.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
Develop strong relationships with key clients and explore cross-selling opportunities.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of salary-based loans and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Tertiary education in any field.
