Forlan Logistics Limited is a dynamic and progressive company looking to fill the position of Accountant with the vision, passion and commitment to manage preparation of company accounts, budgets and financial information. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with the following.
Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions
Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Monitoring spending and budgets
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Auditing and analyzing financial performance
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate
Accountancy Degree, Finance/CA Diploma/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Fully Paid-up Member of ZICA
