Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Create vouchers for fuel, loan and any other bank account payments
Maintaining and monitoring the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring all established company policies regarding customer cash, payments and credit memos are adhered to.
Prepare general journal entries for petty cash or other entries, as needed
Generate monthly reports for month-end close
Preparation of payroll journal entries
Assists with daily and monthly cash management
Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience:

1-2 years of Accounts Payable or corporate accounting experience
Data entry skills
General math skills
Transportation or Logistics industry knowledge a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
University Degree or Diploma in Accounting
