QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
Diploma OR Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
Membership to Professional Secretaries of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accounting (ZICA) a must
Computer knowledge and application

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receipting of monies
Payment of staff and creditors
Posting transactions to pastel on a daily basis
Student debt collection and monitoring of balances on weekly and monthly basis
