Accounts Assistant

Full Time Negotiable ZMW / Month Closes: September 14, 2022

AGS Zambia Ltd is urgently looking for a young and vibrant Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Department and ensure a smooth flow of accounting tasks in the department. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

posting of all payment transactions, and allocating to the correct cost code; preparation of monthly reports;
Reconciliation of bank/cash and supplier accounts;
Maintaining fixed asset register and advance register,
Preparation of all payment vouchers,
Uploading payments on online banking;
filing of all finance documents; and
Any other relevant related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Advanced certificate in Accounts or equivalent;
At least One (1) year accounting experience
