1. POSITION: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Accounts Assistant is expected to assist carrying out regular receipts and payments. The Employee will be required to be processing Finance documents and recording cash transactions accurately.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Accounts Assistant is accountable to the Assistant Accountant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Custodian of Documents and Cash
Under Custodian responsibilities, the Accounts Assistant will be required to be performing the following functions:-

Keeping the Institutes documents safe;
Ensuring that petty cash is readily available in the safe; Banking and Withdraws
Banking and withdrawing cash as instructed by Superiors.
