Eltaim Investment  is a Graphic Design, Printing & Branding firm that has been in business for over 10 years. We are focused on addressing printing and branding needs for our clientele.
EIL seeks to employ a qualified Admin and Marketing Assistant who will serve as a point of contact for walk through customers with enquiries about our services, products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the marketing team.
Our ideal candidate should be goal-oriented with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running the office
Maintain cleanliness of the office space
Participate in product and service Marketing and Sales when assigned Maintain good customer relations
Provide after sales support to customers
Maintain records for clients’ preferences and specifications for use in recurrent orders
Set up and maintain filing systems
Provide timely and accurate monthly reports
Actively take on additional responsibilities as and when required

Qualification and Skills

Certificate in Marketing and Sales, experience in Printing and Branding will be an added advantage.
 Proven experience in Office Administration and Marketing
