ADMIN CLERK (CLIENT SERVICES)
LANCET LABORATORIES ZAMBIA
THE POSITIONS WILL BE BASED IN LUSAKA
POSITION IS PERMANENT FULLTIME
Key Competency Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience within Customer Service Industry
Must be computer literate
Ability to communicate effectively
Must have good telephone etiquette
Must be customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a pressurized environment
Must be flexible
Must be able to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and Maintain Confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Liaises and establishes long term relationships with customers in order to ensure that the expectations are being met and managed in an accurate and timely manner in order to maintain a positive image of the practice and promote the services of Lancet Laboratories
Attend to telephone queries/customer complaints/result enquires and any other general business relating to Lancet services
Assist with customer complaint investigations and provide resolutions to the customer within an approved timeframe
Monitor compliance to ensure the Laboratory adheres to stipulated turnaround times for test results
Correspond with both internal and external customers via telephone and email
Required to ensure that Senior Management are informed of all relevant operational issues and escalations relating to customer relations
Assist in identifying trends and report to the Marketing Manager and/or General Manager for corrective actions
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
