Administration Officer

Our Client, an establish Telecommunication company is seeking a reliable Commercial Officer. They will undertake administrative and support tasks ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
The tasks of the Commercial Officer will include bookkeeping, customer support, inventory control and and office management. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
INVENTORY SUPPORT
Take stock of all inventory on site
Prepare weekly stock reports and present status on orders, invoice payment schedules
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Maintain and update reseller portal with transferred credit transfers
Diligently tracking deposit cash in the company’s mobile money account and prepare daily reports
Follow up on non performing resellers and escalate as appropriately
Follow up newly recruited resellers
Recruiting of Main Resellers and Mobile Money dealers in the villages
Assist in downloading Mobile money statement and escalate appropriately
Keep auditable records of all transactions
Planning and executing sites visits and marketing events
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Maintain a good work environment around Inventory area and office work space
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
