Job Description

MG Cash Advances Ltd is a fast-growing microfinance lending institution offering various loan products to individuals as well as small and medium enterprises.
As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious, self-motivated individuals to apply for the position of;
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose:
The purpose and role of the position is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the organization.
Key Outputs & Responsibilities:

Carry out administrative duties such as answering phone calls, social media marketing, filing, typing and data entry among other clerical duties.
Providing general information to visitors about MG Cash Advances loans requirements and terms and conditions.
Bookkeeping task.
Develop and maintain a filling system.
Drafting office correspondence.
Maintaining office system.
Maintain meeting minutes

Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and any Business-related Certificate or Diploma.
Must have good interpersonal and negotiation and people skills.
Proficient use of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners and laptop computers.
Competent use of Microsoft suite applications
