Tyre King Enterprises is one of the leading automobile tyre retailers in Zambia currently operating in sixteen (16) Tyre sales and fitment outlets including Choma, Kabwe, Kitwe, Ndola & Solwezi. We are seeking to recruit experienced and qualified candidates for the positions indicated below, who can join our team on our continued journey to serve our customers better using his/her expertise and qualification. The positions are Full time and all based in Lusaka:In this role, the candidate will ensure: He/she professionally attend to switch board /phones, walk in customers and the reception.Key Responsibilities:Perform administrative duties for the Heads of DepartmentsParticipate in purchase of stationery and consumablesQuality control in stationery handling and orderingFiling and managing file archivesManage phone/switch board operationsHandle information and communication flowsQualifications: Education, Competencies and Experience:Minimum Education Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related fieldMinimum 2 years work experience in a similar positionMust be have excellent computer skills MS word, Excel, Power point, MS office 360Excellent verbal and written communication and clerical skillsGood and proven administrative and organizing skills.
