Job brief
We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage all Administrative duties of the school.
ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
1. Manage budgets, logistics and events or meetings
2. Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
3. Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
4. Develop and run educational programs
5. Hire train and advise staff
5. Resolve conflicts and other issues
7. Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public
8. Have a hand in the creation of the school curriculum
9. Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g. building renovations, new guidelines for students, new subjects)
10. Help shape and uphold the vision of the school
Requirements and Skills
1.    Must be between the ages of 25 – 30 years
2.    Minimum Diploma in Business Administration  or any other similar field
3.    Proven 3 years experience in Administrative work
4.    Attention to details and Problem-solving ability
5.    Excellent communication skills
6.    Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office and excel) and Learning Management Systems
