Digital Marketing Executive

We are a technology start up that is looking for a superb hands on Digital Marketing Guru to develop and optimize our presence online across all digital channels.

As the first marketing executive you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the overall marketing strategy so you will be playing a crucial role in the company’s growth and success.

It is expected that you will have a flair and passion for digital marketing and are familiar with all marketing channels and buzz words and a deep understanding of how to use data to perfect and improve marketing strategy.


Design and develop a consistent marketing strategy for the company for its multiple online offerings across all channels with a goal to increase user base both on our platforms and on social media, increase app downloads and product usage.

Manage / execute all digital marketing across all channels including social media (Facebook, Twitter etc), email & SEO campaigns, and display advertising.

Track campaigns across all channels to measure performance of all marketing campaigns and compare against ROI and KPIs and provide clear report to the management.

Identify new trends and insights and run A/B test to see which campaigns perform better and optimize future campaigns based on these.

Continuously improve and brainstorm new growth strategies

Collaborate with other team members to create eye catching banners, ads and landing pages focused on conversion and optimize user experience across our different offerings.

Implement conversion points and user funnels

Collaborate with 3rd parties and external partners

Engage with / respond to users on Social Media or Emails

Upload new products/data on our systems as needed


Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field

Minimum 3 years proven working experience in marketing

Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing and display ad campaigns

Creative mind with experience in identifying target audience and creating campaigns that engage, inform and convert

Knowledge of website analytic tools such as Google Analytics, SEM RUSH, WebTrends etc

Knowledge of how to track campaigns using UTM parameters with experience in A/B experiments

Portfolio of marketing campaigns that demonstrate the above

Knowledge of Wordpress, Photoshop or similar is highly desirable

Able to work under minimum supervision

Strong attention to detail

Creative and hands on with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
