The Golden Valley Agricultural Research Trust (GART) is a Public-Private Partnership Research Institution involved in Applied and Adaptive Research.
GART wishes to invite applications for the following vacant position:
ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
A minimum qualification of a Degree in Agricultural science or equivalent from a reputable institution.
5years experience in commercial production of soybeans, potatoes as well as Aquaculture, dairy and small holder livestock will be added advantage.
Ability to work closely with Farm manager to develop strategies and long-term plans
Proficient skills in MS Office programs.
Ability to develop and manage a team.
Ability to work closely and build strong rapport with stakeholders.
Ability to work closely with Farm manager to develop strategies and long-term plans.
Must have a valid motor vehicle licence.
