Assistant Production Manager
Job Summary
Reports to the Production Manager, the incumbent assists manage the production department and ensures production is done in an efficiently and timely manner.
Main Duties

Assists in production planning.
Provides input in raw material requirements.
Assists in maintaining all production records,
Ensures production is done efficiently.
Assists in maintaining a clean environment.
Implements and enforces company policies and procedures.
Ensures health and safety is observed in line with factories act regulations.

Qualifications

Full Grade 12 certificate
Diploma in production management or any related field.
Must have 3 years relevant experience
Ability to work creatively and independently to carry out assignments of a complex nature.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with other professional staff members.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff, customers and suppliers.

Customer Care Officer
Job Summary
Reports to the Assistant Sales and Customer service Manager, the incumbent is the front-line professional responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and for delivering exceptional customer support and assistance.
Main Duties

Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels in a professional manner.
Ensures customer’s daily orders, cancellation of orders and modification transactions are conducted efficiently.
Stays up to date with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
Manages customer feedback by collecting feedback from customers and relaying insights to the appropriate teams to help enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Full Grade 12 certificate
Degree in Marketing or any related field
Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Product and Service Knowledge
Good Computer Skills
Good Communication Skills

Maintenance Supervisor
Job Summary
Reports to the Site Manager, the incumbent manages daily operations ensures parts and materials needed to carry out activities are ordered and works are done in an efficiently and timely manner.
Main Duties

Develops and implements a comprehensive maintenance schedule.
Proactively implements preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities while ensuring optimal utilization of resources such as labour, materials, and time, to achieve maintenance goals.
Performs maintenance works in accordance with any contractual requirements.
Ensures maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Promotes a culture of safety and ensures proper safety protocols are followed by maintenance personnel either in house or subcontracted personnel.
Carries-out daily inspections of the site, tooling, equipment and workshop to ensure a safe work environment maintained by all personnel.
Identifies training need of the maintenance team members and ensures necessary training is provided.
Provides technical advice and support to trades persons on repairs.
Tracks team performance, deals with daily issues through coaching, training, or other development actions.
Builds effective teams by fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

Full Grade 12 certificate
Diploma in Mechanical engineering or any related field.
Must have 3 years relevant experience
Ability to work creatively and independently to carry out assignments of a complex nature.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with other professional staff members.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff.

Stores Officer
Job Summary
Reports to the Logistics Supervisor, the incumbent provides necessary inputs to the production and operations department at a minimum cost, right quality, tight time and right place. S/he records items received, maintains inventory and pulls out expired items.
Main Duties

Receives incoming goods and verifies their quantity and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes.
Ensures the storeroom is organized and maintained for efficient space utilization and easy retrieval of items.
Ensures physical inventory counts are regularly conducted to reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
Orders processing of tags for the production department and makes orders for empty bags and other workshop materials.
Ensures required quantities are recorded, issued and distributed to various departments or locations within the organization.
Compiles reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory

Qualifications

Full Grade 12 certificate
Certificate in Purchasing and supply
Must have 2 years relevant experience
Good communications skills
Factory Plan Knowledge is a must
Computer skills
