Honey Bee Cakes Enterprise is looking to hire Vibrant and Hardworking Zambians based in Lusaka Province.  Individuals must have a knowledge in Bakery, retail and courier services. Below are the following vacancies;
Baking Assistant x1
Responsibilities

Greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment
 Taking orders
Providing advice to customers on baked goods and helping the customer select what best suites them
Weighing ,Pre packing and packaging baked goods and baking supplies and tracking expiry dates
Managing baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock
Maintain a clean and tidy area and performing other duties on request
Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day
Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the baker.

Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
State approved food handling certificate
Vocational training or baking coursework would be of n advantage
Previous experience in similar or same field
Proficiency in weighing, pricing packaging and processing payments of baked goods
a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually applying displays of baked goods
Knowledge of food and health industry regulations
Ability to multitask and following instructions given by the baker
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Motorbike rider x1
Responsibilities

Picking up packages from the sender
Delivering packages to the recipient
Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
Accepting payments for the items
Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries
Getting signatures from recipients upon delivery
Answering questions and providing customer service to people who use the courier service
Working with dispatch to get to the right locations

Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
Valid drivers licence
Lusaka resident
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local road networks
Ability to make deliveries and collections rapidly and efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
Reliability, punctuality and precision
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to cope well with pressure
Physical strength and stamina
