AMELINA ENTERPRISES, a Zambian owned business registered under Act No. 16 of 2011 of the Laws of Zambia with registration No. 320220065227, is inviting applications for a Bartender role to be based in LUSAKA.
Job Responsibilities:

Verify identification and age requirements of customers
Mix traditional and creative cocktails
Process payment from customers
Clean glasses and bar utensils
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

Qualifications and Experience:

School leaver with a full Grade 12 certificate.
Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

Organisational – Must be able to keep track of several inventory details at once with efficiency and without error.
People skills – Must be able to build customer relationships and good rapports.
Collaboration and Problem-solving – Must be able to work well with others, even in difficult, high-pressure situations that require prompt action.
Must be good at mathematical calculations
Written communications skills.
Must be able to work without supervision.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to the letter.

Locality Requirements:

Must be based within Kamwala South or surrounding areas.

Salary:

Minimum wage, subject to review based on performance
