Varun Beverages Zambia Ltd a leading Beverage manufacturing company situated at plot No. 37426, Mungwi Road in Heavy Industrial Area, Lusaka is URGENTLY looking to recruit suitably qualified individual to fill the position of the FOLLOWING VACANCIES
Department : Production – Beverage
Reporting to: Production Manager -Beverage
1.  Injection Moulding Operators x 1
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:

Able to work independently.
Sets up and operates injection-molding machines
Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic.
molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures
Set the equipment based on blueprints or design directions.
Monitor production to ensure quality during the process, and also clean and perform maintenance on your equipment
+3-year experience working as an Industrial Operator in manufacturing industry.
Must have a Diploma in Mechanic/Craft Certificate/Advanced Certificate/Engineering or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.

2.  Blow Moulding Operators x 1
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:

Able to work independently.
setting up, operating and monitoring blow molding machines used for manufacturing plastic products, such as bottles, containers and other hollow items.
Adjusts machine mandrel and aligns mandrel with mold chamber, using wrenches.
Closes chamber to mold product under heat and pressure.
Starts molding machine that automatically feeds material from mixing unit to mandrel and to mold chamber.
+3 year experience working as an Industrial Operator in manufacturing industry
Must have a Diploma in Mechanic/Craft Certificate/Advanced Certificate/Engineering or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.
