Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:

 Accurately record and categorize financial transactions.
 Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
 Invoice Management:
Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and adherence to financial policies.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Bank Reconciliation:
Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports.
Contribute to the development of budget forecasts.

Tax Compliance:

Stay informed about relevant tax regulations.
Collaborate with external accountants for tax filings.
Expense Monitoring:
Monitor and control expenses, providing insights on cost-saving opportunities.
Communication and Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with the finance team to gather necessary financial information.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
Knowledge of relevant accounting software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for reporting
Management of Cloud accounting and presentation of data will be an added advantage.
