Our client in the Insurance sector, is seeking a talented and motivated Individual to join their team as a Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities

New business acquisition.
Meeting branch business targets.
Profitably oversee branch operations.
Sustaining customer relationships.
Establishing strong business relations with insurers
Ensuring timely claims management process.
Administration and staff management.
And any other tasks related to the company’s growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Insurance and Pensions. Degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the insurance industry with experience in a management position.
Experience in underwriting and insurance contracts.
Risk management skills.
Member of Insurance Institute of Zambia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Flexible and adaptable.
Sober-minded and good business etiquette.
Must be based in Kitwe.
