Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Team player and ability to multi-task.
Diploma or equivalent in any Social Science program.
Grade 12 is a must.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.
Computer and internet usage literacy is a must.
