Call Centre Agent
RENWASOL is seeking a motivated call centre Agent who is eager to assist our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to incoming emails and messages
Handling Client complaints and requests
Inbound call management
Ensure that the quality of each interaction is in compliance with predefined quality parameters.
Correctly identifying and tagging incoming calls
Provide accurate information about our products and services during every call
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate
Diploma or better in Business, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service or other business related courses
Must be fluent in written and spoken ,languages such as English ,Lenje , Bemba and Nyanja
Active listener with strong phone contact managing abilities
Pays attention to detail and has willingness and desire to learn new ideas.
Good problem-solving skills (solutions oriented).
Motivated , enthusiastic, patient with customers and good telephone etiquette
Experience
Two years or more working in a call centre or customer service office
