City Eye-Tech Security Solutions is a Security Firm that is a subsidiary of K&C Cash Converters; a specialist financial services provider based in Lusaka, Zambia, that offers a wide range of services such as Debt Collection, Customer Service, Debt Management, Financial Advisory, Investment Banking and Debtor Tracing.
We are inviting suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious, self-motivated individuals to apply for the positions of Call Centre Agents at our mother company, K&C Cash Converters.
JOB BRIEF
A Call Center Agent is the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. He/she must be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior, as well as maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong phone, verbal communication and negotiation skills along with active listening.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 1 year experience  in the position will work at your advantage.
