Job Description

Qualifications:

Full Grade ( 12) Certificate (Mandatory)
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy related course or related  field (Mandatory)
At least (2) years of significant relevant experience in Microfinance or similar role

Key responsibilities:

Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
Ensure pricing is correct
Issue change, receipts
Ensure cash is secure at all times
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of the day and deposit in the company account.
Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Keep reports of transactions
Answer customers questions and get a manager if answer doesnt solve the issue
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

Special Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
Basic PC knowledge
Good math skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfaction-oriented
