Eliana Connect, a start-up software development Company, is looking for Chief Innovations & Operations Officer to lead its Innovations and Operations Division.
Divisional Innovations and Operations Officer’s Responsibilities:
a. Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
b. Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
c. Integrate software components and third-party programs
d. Verify and deploy programs and systems
e. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
f. Gather and evaluate user feedback
g. Recommend and execute improvements
h. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Requirements and skills
a. Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
b. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ability to deliver on time-lined Key Performance Indicators
c. Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
d. Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
e. Knowledge in HTMLS, Android, Node.js, PHP, MYSQL (Vue,Nuxt is a bonus) Basic IT, Networking, Hardware
f. Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
g. Clear understanding of JSON API development and Management
h. Basic understanding of Github
i. Ability to learn new languages and technologies
j. Excellent communication skills
k. Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
l. Attention to detail
m. List of reference Projects worked on

Education and Experience Requirements:
a. Grade Twelve Certificate
b. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
c. 2 to 5 years business experience
