C.P SMART BUILD ZAMBIA LIMITED is a company specialized in building and civil engineering works and offers these services to both private sector and public sector clients including  individual developers.
We are urgently looking for an innovative and results driven Civil Engineer/Construction Manager to join our growing team.
Qualifications and experience include:

BENG Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
Must be registered with EIZ
On site construction supervision of not less than 3 years
Competent in setting out of building structures
Ability to price construction tenders
Very good in the use of a dumpy level for purposes of marking ground levels
Very conversant with Microsoft Projects and have the competence to generate project program of works
Very good at labour management and allocation
Must be honest and work with integrity
Must be willing to work long hours including Saturday and Sunday
