This role exists to manage and process Hollard Life Claims in accordance with product rules. The incumbent is responsible for processing all claim types, handling claims customers by resolving all claims queries from all customer touch points.

Death Claims Processing
Funeral Claims Processing
Cash Backs Processing
Complaints Handling
Query Resolution
Policy Amendments
Any Other Business as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor`s Degree in Risk Management/Insurance/Business Administration
Insurance Diploma or progress towards attaining same shall be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 Years Experience in a Life Insurance environment preferably Individual Life Administration.
Customer Centric- willing to go over and under for Hollard Customers.
Passionate and empathetic service provider.
Reliable who can work with minimum supervision.
Good communication skills and ability to communicate with bereaved families.
