CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ADVISOR (LOAN OFFICER)
As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting suitably qualified, experienced and self-motivated individuals from Chingola or Kitwe and surrounding areas, to apply for the position of Client Relationship Advisor.
JOB BRIEF
This role reports to the Operations Supervisor, and is responsible for interacting with, and assisting, clients. The Loan Officer also processes loans in compliance with existing policies and procedures. This position is based in Chingola and Kitwe.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or any other related discipline;
At least 3 years’ experience in the Microfinance Institutions or Banks.
