We are hiring for a Reputed Group company for the position of Cluster Head for Zambia Location.
Qualification: Any Graduate (IIP graduates preferred)

Role
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate must follow the Energy Regulation Board (ERB regulator for petroleum products in Zambia) guidelines / Checklist for the filling stations
Responsible for achieving Station sales
Offloading of fuels at station
Responsible for controlling shortages
Manage the Shift Changes
Responsible for conducting surprise random visits for 3-4 stations.
He has to be prepared to move to various station sitting himself in the fuel tankers
Movement within Zambia as per the requirements of the company.
