This position will report to the CDE Team Leader
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Reschedule and track planned CDE schedules in accordance to the daily and weekly plan to prevent business Interruptions.
Enter the weekly and daily CDE cooler breakdowns from customers
Help Plan priorities within CDE maintenance requirements.
Track KPI performance and make decisions on when to take corrective actions • Ensure that completed job cards are processed and captured in MSD daily.
Quality control the work performed by Service Providers.
Effectively communicate planning activities and demands relating to materials (spare parts) to the
Effectively communicate changes to planned daily and weekly maintenance plan to all relevant stakeholders
Update, maintain and report against planning scorecard
Information collated, documented and feedback provided to relevant customers
Ensure good housekeeping of the workshop for cleanliness (5S Principals) and a safe working environment
Skills, Experience & Education
Grade 12 with 6 credits and Trade certificate in Cooling
Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration
Minimum 5 years as an Office Administrator or in Human resource management.
Experience in commercial cooling equipment will be an advantage.
