Construction Operations Manager based at our Centre for Excellence, 10 Miles, Chibombo
This key role will oversee all aspects of the delivery of our community construction programme, to ensure works are completed on time, to budget and to a high standard.  You will support and supervise project delivery through a team of site agents. In a typical year, we complete 3-4 projects and require the ability to oversee multiple projects at the same time.
The successful candidate will have:

At least 5 years of senior management experience in construction management
A relevant professional qualification to at least Bachelor’s level
Ability to lead a team with practical experience
Experience in budgeting and project forecasting
Experience of contract set up and management
Ability to produce high quality reports
