The Madison Health & Risk Management (MH) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to be recruited as Corporate Marketing Executives to be based in Lusaka
KEY QUALIFICATIONS, QUALITIES & ABILITIES

Grade twelve (12) certificate
A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business-related course
The candidate should be self-motivated
Strong people skills and must be a team player
Effective verbal & written communication
Well organized with excellent computer skills
Should be able to meet Budget and deadlines, be flexible and use initiative
Should have selling and strong presentation skills
Working experience of two years & above in sales & Marketing is Mandatory
Insurance Qualification will be added advantage
Valid driver’s license is Mandatory
Must be above 25 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing and selling of health insurance products and Managed fund
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Reach out to customers using various means such as cold calling, visitation etc.
Ensure client satisfaction by expediting resolution of customer complaints
Meet or exceed Marketing target on monthly basis
Coordinate Marketing efforts with other team members
Timely reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
Timely reporting on daily reports & weekly reports
Daily client visitation i.e., prospecting for new clients
