Carern Farm
Carern Farms is a crop and animal farming enterprise with farms in Lusaka and Mkushi.
We are seeking the services of a crop farming supervisor to conduct our field farming of crops and vegetables.
Duties:

Supervising of permanent and temporary field hands/workers
Creating field calendars and workflows
Ensure the meeting of targets and deadlines
All other duties as may be required by the manager for field success.

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate
Experience in crop and vegetable farming
Good reading and writing skills
A Certificate in Agriculture is an advantage

Reporting:
The farm supervisor reports to the Manager.
