CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS – ZAMHATCH (2)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:

Ensuring that money for a day’s sales has been banked.
Receiving complaints from farmers/customers if any and report to the Doctors.
Advising the farmers/customers on how to rear our day-old chicks once a booking has been made and collection date given to the farmer.
Distributing the chicks to the farmer on the day the farmer was advised to collect chicks.
Visiting the farmer who may have challenges with their chicks if the problem is not beyond the CCO and advise them accordingly.
Communicating with the farmer in case there is any change in delivery date.

The Required Qualifications are:

Grade 12
Broiler Management
Certificate in General Agriculture
1 year experience
Computer literate

The Required Attributes Include:

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong organisational skills
Assertive character
