Customer Experience Officer

Natural Kurls is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Officer to join our team. The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, producing a social media calendar, content creation, graphic design skills are important, producing and managing product and service catalogs, managing the Natural Kurls brand, and regular reporting.
Manage appointment bookings and ensure that clients have an excellent experience from booking to service delivery.
Produce a social media calendar and create content for social media channels to drive engagement, customer acquisition and retention.
Use graphic design skills to create visually appealing content for social media, the company website and other promotional materials.
Produce and manage product and service catalogs, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, accurate and engaging.
Manage the Natural Kurls brand and ensure that all communication is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
Regularly report on social media metrics, customer satisfaction and other KPIs to inform strategy and decision making.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience managing appointments and scheduling.
Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Experience creating and executing social media content.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Passion for natural hair care services and products is a plus.
