Position: Customer Service
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of a grade 12 certificate
Diploma in Business administration, or Business management or any related field
Excellent  communication Skills both written and verbal skills
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
At least one year  work experience in similar position

Serves customers by providing product and service information
Resolving product and service problems.
Maintains customer records.
Resolve customers’ concerns and complaints .
