Job DescriptionDepartment : MarketingVacancy : Customer Value Management Campaign AnalystLevel : Senior OfficerLocation : Lusaka, HQJob PurposeResponsible for Customer Value Management campaign programing and implementing & optimizing the reporting framework that will drive the insights needed to improve GSM campaign performanceReporting to the head customer experience & retention, the main duties are:Programing of all Marketing campaigns onto the Customer Relationship Management campaign systemOwning the development, execution of all marketing campaigns for prepaid segmentsWorking with internal product teams, and appropriate system vendors to design and deliver campaignsEnsuring that all Customer Relationship Management System campaigns are set up as prescribed in the product concept note.Ensuring that all Customer Relationship Management system campaigns adhere with the governance and regulatory policy requirementsDeveloping report dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance trackingIdentify campaign performance gaps and recommend solutions in order to optimize campaign performanceWorking with the broader Marketing team to establish best practice to improve the quality of campaignTimely reviews of all marketing communication to ensure relevance and effectivenessEducational Qualification & Functional/Technical Skills:A recognized University Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuarial or equivalentStrong Structured Query Language (SQL) and data mining knowledgeExperience in a telecommunication environment will be an added advantageAnalytical skills and capabilitiesMinimum of 3 years working experience in Customer Value Management campaign management and programmingExtensive campaign analysis and reporting experience in a complex environmentStrong commercial acumen and customer focusExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management.Other Requirements:Result orientationAchieving Business Success and relationship managementProactive and displaying Entrepreneurial SpiritAbility to work under pressureMethod of ApplicationSuitable candidates requested to apply by sending through their CV’s to this email: Airtel is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is non-discriminatory on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnic grouping.Please note that due to the high volume of applications received; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
