VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Sitoti Mission Rural Health Centre seeks to recruit a suitable qualified individual on a contract Base to fill in a vacant position of DATA ENTRY CLERK- 01 to be based at Sitoti Mission Rural Health Centre sioma, Western Province
QUALIFICATION:

Any of the following: Diploma in ICT , Diploma In Social Science, Diploma in community development
Ability to work with Smart care
Full Grade Twelve Certificate
2-3 years of work experience
Age between 25 to 35 years
Preferably a devoted Christian
A monitoring & Evaluation certificate will be an added advantage
Training in Smart care is highly recommended
Preferably a Sioma Resident.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Reports
Preparation of Quarterly Trends and Reports
Reconcile Smartcare Files and Registers entries
Compile Daily Appointment Lists for ART
Smartcare technical support to users
Able to prepare and present Daily , Weekly & Monthly Data Review meetings
Any other duties assigned by supervisor

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Must have excellent computer skills and full knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal communication skills
