Job Description
Debonairs Pizza Store at Total Service Station, Mungwi Road, Lusaka requires a results driven Assistant Manager for the day to day operations of the store.
Reporting to the Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for coaching, training and supervision of staff. He or she will be be responsible for customer service, pizza preparation, cash control, banking and stock control.
Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate with degree in business administration or related field and at least 4 years proven experience in supervision, operations and food production and handling in a quick service restaurant.
Candidates should have ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
