The Development Outreach and Communications (DOC) Specialist (Social Media/Online Engagement) is a member of the USAID/Zambia DOC team located in the Program Office and reports directly to the Senior DOC Specialist. Leading USAID/Zambia’s digital outreach engagement and social media communications, the incumbent serves as an advisor to Mission staff and implementing partners (IPs) and is a key interlocutor with the State Department, interagency partners, USAID Washington Bureaus, and other U.S. Government agencies and initiatives on issues and recommendations for maximizing the use of digital engagement, branding and marking, and online and social media to help achieve Mission development and communications objectives.
