Laxmi Capital Limited seeks to employ Direct sales Agents.
The Direct Sales Agent will promote and sell our different loan products as well as applying the cross selling and up-selling dynamics to meet aggressive daily sales targets set by the business from time to time.
Salary: Commission Basis
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following:

Aged between 22 and 35 years.
Grade 12 certificate (Minimum).
Selling skills.
Good communication skills.
Experience in sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
Self driven individual and be able to work towards meeting set targets.
Good customer service and negotiation skills.
Able to work as an individual and as a team.
Sober-minded  and trustworthy
