We are looking for energetic individuals to fill the positions of Direct sales agents in our SME department. The sales agents will be required to operate in the following areas:

Matero, Chingwere, Chunga, Lilanda and surrounding areas.
Garden House and surrounding areas.
Kanyama, John Laing, Makeni and surrounding areas.
Chawama, John Howard, Jack and surrounding areas.
Kamwala, Chilenje, Libala and surrounding areas.
Kaunda square, Meanwood Chamba valley, Obama and surrounding areas.
10 Miles and surrounding areas.
Chongwe and surrounding areas.

DUTIES

The agents will be required to look for clients, vet them for onward approval.
Following up on collection.
Growing the loan portfolio in their catchment areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 certificate.
Good command of English and Nyanja.
At-least a credit in mathematics.
Must be staying in the catchment areas in which they are applying for.
Must be below 30 years old.

EXPERIENCE

Experience as a sales agent will be an added advantage.
