Role Purpose
To support the Girls Education Programme delivery processes within corporate standards by providing office administration support and driving services in the Zambia directorate. Implementation of projects with a low level of complexity funded by FCDO mechanism. Contributes to the successful delivery of a range of projects from start to finish including managing the contract or project plan, managing client or internal stakeholders, successfully achieving reporting and meeting compliance standards.
 
Main accountabilities but not limited to the following:

Providing logistical support to office operations and events.
Transportation of staff for work related purposes, deliveries, including meeting and greeting at airports
Ensure that documents and files for newly created vendors are properly filed for ease of reference.

 
Essential Requirements:

Experience and knowledge of Basic Administration
Experience in driving office vehicles

ZMW 10,012.00 per month
Contract Type  2.5 Years Fixed Term Contract- Local
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Role holder must have existing rights to live and work in the country the role is based.
