Responsibilities

Executes direct channels strategy, policies and procedures to optimize market penetration;
Provide Statements of accounts to Customers and Invoices to Strategic Channels;
Dealer Debt Management;
Consolidation of Reports- weekly and monthly growth report;
Follow up on Customer Payments outstanding on accounts;
Help Provide Essential documents to Support strategic Parties understand their duties – Contracts, Addendums and Target letters;
Maintain good customer relations with Strategic Channels and internal staff;
Prepare letters and in support of business opportunities as per request by line manager;
Assist Training – EVD training for all new Strategic Parties;
Calculate and provide details on Customer performance against Target;
Ensure the necessary information or changes in policy are communicated to strategic parties and facilitating compliance to such policies;
Daily Customer query resolution;
Manage and motivate sales team to achieve results;
Performance Management of team.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business or related field;
Grade 12 Certificate.  (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics);
2 years progressive experience in a sales environment dealing with FMCGs;
Possession of a Manual Drivers License of at least 2 years with no violations.
