About the role:
Drake and Gorham Limited seeks the services of a qualified and experienced person to fill the position of Escalators and elevator supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
The Employee’s core responsibilities shall be among others:

Supervising all required installation quality assurance, testing and commissioning implementation procedure and checking
Overseeing and supervising all elevators and Escalators Works and Projects assigned to his Responsibility.
Carry out all supervision work on service, maintenance and installations of all escalators and elevators works on site as per installations.
Ensure that all works are carried out up to D&G standards to maintain customer satisfaction as well as help remain the leading and reputable Company in offering high-quality services with competence among competitors.
Ensuring that all required tools are available on site for that particular job (ladders, pliers, screw drivers’ level etc.)
Technical training of Company employees.
Stock, Cost and budget Control for site works and all materials and equipment issued under his supervision.
Issuing of materials and equipment to various projects and sites.
Assist with the technical needs of both sales opportunities and post-installation projects
Maintain good relations with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

Well versed in ThyssenKrupp Elevators AG standards.
Fully conversant with Technical Training of Company Employees
Must have Project & Site Management experience
Must have sales exposure.
Minimum 7 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Preferred experience in sub- Saharan African countries.

Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
