Gemtech Business Solutions is representing a rowing Chartered Accountancy firm based in Lusaka that is looking to fill the position of Audit Manager.Outline of Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate client acceptance Planning and performing operational and financial auditsIdentifying business process risksDeveloping testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controlsDocumenting the results of the evaluationsDeliver audit files in accordance with standard and review financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting frameworkProvide critical evaluation and analysis of assessed risk, address risk and conclude on an audit and recommend the opinion to be rendered by the PartnerDeveloping recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to the PartnerFormulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff membersPlanning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedulesSearch for and respond to business opportunities by participating actively in business developmentAct an interface between client and the Partner on technical audit and accounting areas.Report Audit finding to the Managing PartnerClients follow ups on outstanding audit requirementsEducation and Experience:Full CA, ACCA or EquivalentHas 7 years of experience in AuditingSoft Skills – Behaviors / Personal Competences:Good planning and communication skills with sound levels of responsibility and accountabilityHard worker with high levels of energy and self-motivationDiligent with strong attention to detailResults orientated with delivery capabilities and good time skillsAble to establish and maintain good working relationshipsAbility to lead by example by demonstrating high ethical and moral behaviour whilst ensuring compliance with all Policies and ProceduresShould pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the roleMethod of ApplicationTo apply for this job email your details to this email:
