Milmuchi Enterprise farm located along Chifwema Road Lusaka East after Sinoma Cement Company is looking for a farm worker to help set up the farm and start farm operations.
The role of Farm worker is to oversee farm operations such as; livestock management, crop cultivation, fruit and vegetable production and other agricultural enterprises
Main Duties and Tasks:

Check all forms of farm operations including cultivation, sowing, spraying and harvesting
Ensures deadlines are met for activities such as seeding and harvesting
Confers with managers to coordinate activities with other farm units
Organizes transportation for livestock and crops
Oversees the work of farming units and suggests improvements and changes
Inspect farm buildings and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out and repairs are made when necessary
Installation, maintenance and regular monitoring of irrigation system
Ensure and enforce compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

Certificate in General Agriculture/Veterinary Science
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds
Physical fitness and high energy a plus
Willingness to accept any other reasonable duties, as allocated
Willingness to work and stay at the farm
